Dr. Graham Asks some important questions of interest to San Francisco residents - Chiropractor San Francisco Dr. Graham Asks...

How do you know when you're healthy?
Ask most San Francisco residents this simple question and you're likely to hear, "When you feel good" or "When you're at your proper weight for your height" or "When you have lots of energy and vitality." Great answers. But our chiropractic patients know that true health is when your body is working as it was designed. True health is how you function, not how you feel.
Is average normal or is normal average?
Every chiropractor knows that so-called "normal" is merely an average. What's normal for you may not be normal for anyone else. So the chiropractic approach to better health is to tailor our approach to the unique needs of each of our San Francisco patients.

Philosophy

Success

To laugh often and much;

to appreciate and be surrounded by love, beauty, song and dance;

to appreciate honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends;

to find the best in others;

to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition;

to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived.

This is to have succeeded.

Inspired by Ralph Waldo Emerson and paraphrased and modified by Ross Graham

Love

I understand that Love is the foundation for Joy and Gratitude and that these innate emotions are our birthright.

I commit to Presence in Heart with each Being involved with this community for expression of emotion (the will) calls for full acceptance and recognition, embrace and allowance.

I commit to holding the warm space needed for healing and for Truth, learning and Loving, friendship and laughter...

Connection.

Awareness.

Wellness.

I will ask my patients to be aware of their own healing capacities as conduits of Light and Love.

"People need encouragement just as plants need water, they cannot survive without it."
