Dr. Graham Asks some important questions of interest to San Francisco residents - Chiropractor San Francisco Dr. Graham Asks...

How do you know when you're healthy?
Ask most San Francisco residents this simple question and you're likely to hear, "When you feel good" or "When you're at your proper weight for your height" or "When you have lots of energy and vitality." Great answers. But our chiropractic patients know that true health is when your body is working as it was designed. True health is how you function, not how you feel.
Is average normal or is normal average?
Every chiropractor knows that so-called "normal" is merely an average. What's normal for you may not be normal for anyone else. So the chiropractic approach to better health is to tailor our approach to the unique needs of each of our San Francisco patients.

Websites I Recommend

I like the Canadian Chiropractic website. Just click on about Chiropractic and research.

For the cutting edge science in our field visit www.neuromechanical.com , then click on research.

Our California Chiropractic Association is okay but more difficult to read due to color choice.

I also like:

Alberta Chiropractic Association  www.albertachiro.com

British Columbia Chiropractic Association

Connecticut Chiropractic Association

American Chiropractic Association

Spine Research Institute of San Diego
Dr. Arthur Croft, foremost authority on whiplash injuries.

Advice on nutrition, and stress is eloquently delivered by Dr. Andrew Weil M.D. at www.drweil.com.  He appears to be getting a little commercialized with signature cookware lately. His knowledge on both allopathic medicine and alternative medicine and reasonable stress reduction in today’s society is unsurpassed.

Books I Recommend

In my late teens, these two books changed my beliefs about the body and healing.

Own Your Own Body by Stan D. Malstrom
